NOTICE OF MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT OF THE 2021 FORSYTH COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW TO HEAR APPEALS AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE 2021 PROPERTY LISTINGS AND APPRAISALS Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S. 105-322 that the 2021 Forsyth County Board of Equalization and Review will hold its first meeting on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the Board of Equalization and Review meeting room on the first floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut St., Winston Salem, North Carolina. The Board will meet for the purposes of performing its statutory duties and to receive requests and hear appeals of taxpayers relating to the 2021 property listings and appraisals. The 2021 Forsyth County Board of Equalization and Review will continue to meet on Thursday, May 13th, Thursday, June 3rd, Thursday, June 17th, and will adjourn on Thursday, June 30th. All meetings will be at 3:00 p.m. In the event of an earlier or later adjournment, notice to that affect will be published in the same newspaper. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, there will be no meeting place where members of the public can be physically present for Board actions other than their own unless a request for a reasonable accommodation is made. Those who have filed an appeal and are wishing to make an appearance will be notified in writing of their appearance date and time. The scheduling notice will include instructions on where to go and time to arrive.
