NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE LEWISVILLE TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given in accordance with the requirement of applicable law that the Lewisville Town Council will hold a simultaneously streamed electronic public hearing originating at the Lewisville Town Hall Council Chambers, Room 110, 6510 Shallowford Road, at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 11, 2021 on the following matter(s): 1. A request in reference to a portion of Tax PIN# 5875-50-4898 located at the end of Doub Road, Lewisville, NC 27023. The request is to rezone the property from RS-40 (Forsyth County) to RS-20 (Town of Lewisville). The Public Hearing will be conducted utilizing Zoom. The meeting will be simultaneously streamed live on the Town of Lewisville's Facebook page, Lewisville's Spectrum Channel 6, and the Town of Lewisville's website at www.lewisvillenc.net. Participants of the public hearing may join the Zoom meeting with the Webinar ID: 869 1622 9267, or they may join by telephone at (646) 558-8656. The Passcode for the zoom meeting is 532547. A direct link to the zoom meeting is found on the Town of Lewisville's website on the Event Calendar. Anyone who wishes to comment on the matters during the Public Hearing may email the Town Clerk at townclerk@lewsvillenc.net or they may call the telephone number provided above. Under Session Law 2020-3, written comments will be accepted up to 24 hours following the public hearing. Those comments should also be emailed to the Town Clerk.
