Chef Adam Andrews has been offering monthly prime-rib dinners at his bourbon bar on Liberty Street.
Andrews is the executive chef and partner in Jeffrey Adams on Fourth Street. But he also owns Dogwood Hops and Crops bottle shop and The Trophy Room bourbon bar, which are next door to each other at 517 N. Liberty St.
He has been offering prime-rib dinners for up to 16 people at a time in the intimate Trophy Room.
For $50, people get a three-course dinner of prime rib and sides, salad and dessert. Included in the price is a tasting of three of the many bourbons stocked at The Trophy Room.
Andrews prepares the food at Jeffrey Adams, then brings it over to The Trophy Room to serve it.
He offers the dinners the third Wednesday of every month. Because space is limited, these dinners tend to sell out quickly. January’s and February’s dinners have sold out, but seats are available for March.
For more information, call The Trophy Room at (336) 955-1463.
