DON’T MISS: “Obama: In the Pursuit of a More Perfect Union” — As the country continues to grapple with its racial history, this compelling documentary series chronicles Barack Obama’s youth, his rise in politics and his challenging eight-year presidency. Over three parts, it examines how his ascension to the White House was a historic step forward for the United States, but also exposed the lingering need to address issues of racial justice and the country’s checkered past. And through a present-day lens, it strives to reflect on the Obama administration with a new understanding of the personal obstacles he faced. (9 p.m. Tuesday, HBO).

MONDAY: It’s time for those pressure-packed hometown visits on “The Bachelorette.” With the stakes so high, Katie has a tense fallout with one of the guys. Can she patch things up enough to convince him (and herself) to stay — or is she ready to call it quits? (8 p.m., ABC).

MONDAY: The unscripted series “Small Town News: KPVM Pahrump” delivers an entertaining glimpse into a scrappy, hardworking local news broadcaster looking to expand during challenging times. With a population of just over 37,000, Pahrump is a desert town 62 miles west of Las Vegas. (9 p.m., HBO).

TUESDAY: On “Lego Masters,” the remaining seven duos compete in an exciting weather-based challenge; teams build an incredible world with a giant centerpiece that must spin in the wind and withstand the rage of a 60 mph wind machine. (8 p.m., Fox).

WEDNESDAY: Celebrities who can’t really cook, but desperately want to are fueling a suddenly robust culinary genre. Now, Paris Hilton gets her shot. In “Cooking With Paris,” the heiress/socialite/reality TV star invites viewers into her kitchen as she attempts to sauté, sear and zest with some of her famous friends. (Netflix).

WEDNESDAY: “Cocaine Cowboys: The Kings of Miami” is a six-part true-crime series about two childhood friends — Augusto “Willy” Falcon and Salvador “Sal” Magluta — who went from being high school dropouts to the most powerful drug kingpins in Miami. They managed to outrun prosecution for decades before the chase finally came to an end. (Netflix).

THURSDAY: Are you ready for some football? Really? ... In early August? Ready or not, the preseason schedule kicks off tonight as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys meet in the NFL Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio. (8 p.m., Fox).

FRIDAY: Directed and starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the new comedy series “Mr. Corman” follows a fifth grade teacher whose dream of a music career fizzled. Now, his ex-fiance has moved out, his old high school buddy has moved in and he finds himself grappling with existential woes. (Apple TV+).

FRIDAY: In the new action thriller “Hit & Run,” Lior Raz plays a man whose life is rocked when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit-and-run crash in Tel Aviv, Israel. SATURDAY: “The 27-Hour Day” is a softhearted TV film about an obsessive entrepreneur (Autumn Reeser) who needs a break from her wellness empire for some much-needed work-life balance. Will a relaxing retreat and a new romance do the trick? (9 p.m., Hallmark Channel).
