PLAYMAKERS - Donavon Green
Donavon Greene, Mount Airy (WR): The top-ranked player in the NWNC region, the 6-2 Greene is a 4-star prospect who’s committed to play at Wake Forest. Greene had 46 catches for 1,138 yards and 16 touchdowns for Mount Airy as a junior. He’s now the highest-ranked recruit during the Dave Clawson era at WFU.
PLAYMAKERS - Lee Kpogba
Lee Kpogba, Parkland (OLB): With his imposing size (6-2, 215 pounds) and elite speed (4.5 in the 40), Kpogba is a tackling machine for the Mustangs, racking up over 20 sacks a season his sophomore and junior years. He’s currently ranked as the nation’s No. 10 outside linebacker by 247Sports.com and has committed to West Virginia.
PLAYMAKERS - Coleman Reich
Coleman Reich, Ledford (WR/S): Although he predominantly plays wide receiver at Ledford, UNC commit Coleman Reich is expected to make the switch to safety in college, where his blazing 4.3 40 speed will be put to good use. The 6-foot Reich caught 33 passes for 593 yards and 4 TD’s this past season while rushing for another 250 yards.
They might play on opposite ends of Forsyth County, but there are an awful lot of similarities between West Forsyth’s Ja’Quan McMillian and East Forsyth’s Khalid Martin.
